Errol Doebler had a big problem: a traumatic brain injury that doctors said should have taken his life. But as a former Navy SEAL and special agent in the FBI, Errol was not willing to accept “terminal” as a diagnosis. Instead, he got to work, and he got curious. He began to study his behavior, and when patterns emerged, he developed a simple framework for interrupting the negative patterns and replacing them with new, constructive patterns.
Errol is a decorated warrior who can tell war stories all day long, but what is truly unique about this narrative is that it’s a glimpse behind his armor. It’s a story of being broken down to be built back up. This is a story of what it’s like to save your own life. Errol takes off the “super-hero cape,” and acknowledges his pain and shame to help others feel they are not alone. He is a warrior who seems hard to relate to, but he opens up, raw and relatable, and challenges one and all to be the best version of themselves – regardless of their position.
