Communications Specialist – Level 1

As a Communication Specialist, you’ll become the heartbeat of our customer interactions. Your role is to ensure smooth communication between customers and our service team.

What You’ll Learn & Develop:

Foundational Customer Service Skills – Handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination – Navigating our scheduling systems for service, rental, and remote appointments.
Efficient Call Management – Dispatching calls effectively, managing recall inquiries, and logging customer concerns.
Problem-Solving & Multitasking – Learning to think on your feet and provide solutions in real-time.
Time Management – Organizing daily outbound call tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming dealership calls and route them accordingly.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments, including pick-up and delivery.
  • Assist customers with recall inquiries and fleet service needs.
  • Coordinate rental vehicle reservations for service appointments.

💡 Once you master these skills and demonstrate consistency, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more leadership and customer-focused responsibilities in Level 2.
