As a Communication Specialist, you’ll become the heartbeat of our customer interactions. Your role is to ensure smooth communication between customers and our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming dealership calls and route them accordingly.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, including pick-up and delivery.
- Assist customers with recall inquiries and fleet service needs.
- Coordinate rental vehicle reservations for service appointments.
