STARS provides in-depth training modules covering all aspects of Ford’s vehicle lineup, technologies, sales processes, and service procedures. For those in sales, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our products’ features and capabilities, enabling you to better advise customers and close deals effectively. STARS courses will be required, and will have to be maintained and in active certification status as a member of the sales department.
