FAQ’S

Bozard University is an innovative organizational resource designed to support
the continuous growth and development of all team members at Bozard Ford
Lincoln. It offers a range of learning and development opportunities that align
with our core INSPIRE tenants. Our goal is to encourage each individual to
advance both professionally and personally throughout their career with Bozard
Ford Lincoln and beyond. Through Bozard University, team members can access
various training programs, workshops, and resources tailored to enhance their
skills, knowledge, and overall career trajectory.

Depending on the course, you may enroll via email or through a sign-up link. Some courses will be offered through Paycom and accessible in the My Learning tab. Some course sign-ups will happen periodically, and a sign-up link will be sent through dealership mass text alerts. If you have questions or would like to inquire about a course, please email University@bozard.com

Some learning tools, such as STARS and other development opportunities are required as part of a job function or specific to job role. Those mandatory learning requirements will be communicated to you by your department manager. Other courses such as BTOP Club and Leadership Academy are not mandatory, yet they are available to those who seek development opportunities.

Bozard U courses come in many different shapes and sizes. Some courses can be taken online and some are in-person. If you have questions about what courses and
opportunities are available to you in your current job role, please email University@bozard.com

BU Courses require an investment by you, both your time and your energy, however the financial cost of any course provided by BU is covered by Bozard Ford Lincoln.

Depending on course format, your progress will be communicated to you by our
leadership team, or through the Paycom learning portal. If you have specific questions about your current progress, email University@bozard.com

Some BU courses will be offered through the Paycom My Learning portal. Here is a

Bozard University is evolving and changing every year! We will periodically be changing,
