601. Leadership Academy

Leadership is a choice and a learned skill. In this eleven-part series you will learn the difference between a producer, manager, and leader. You will be challenged to consider whether you truly want to be a leader and embrace the responsibilities of leadership. You will learn why a healthy organization is essential in order to become a BTOP and you will gain insights into the principles and concepts that will allow you to become an effective leader. This course is fairly intensive and requires the reading of five books.
