BTOP results when a team is inspired, passionate, focused, consistent, and aligned around a common vision, mission, and values. In other words, BTOP requires a tremendous amount of intentionality. In this six-part series, you will learn the foundational elements around which the team members of a BTOP align. This course is a prerequisite to the Leadership Academy.
