For decades, typical car dealership training consisted of step-by-step instructions provided by a stranger and scripts to memorize that someone wrote years before. This method made one big assumption —that all employees learn the same way. Although the word development may not seem much different than training, Bozard University is setting out to prove that it is. Development means growth and advancement.
The pursuit of development allows those seeking it to begin at different stages of their journey. This gives them the opportunity to absorb information and ideas in ways that are best for their learning style, in order to become their most authentic and unique self. Development meets everyone where they are and moves them forward at their own pace. The outcome is the Best Team on the Planet and a whole lot of people chasing (and reaching) their dreams!
